Dr. Nomura is Board Certified in Emergency and Internal Medicine after a combined residency followed by an Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship.  He currently serves as the Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Director and System Wide Point of Care Ultrasound Medical Director at a high volume community academic Emergency Department in a Level 1 Trauma tertiary care referral center.  Dr. Nomura also works with the Comprehensive Stroke Program and Neurosciences Service line.  Additionally he is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Medicine.

He has an interest in social media, online education, and ultrasound.
